**Regulations and Internal Policy**

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we request your cooperation in respecting the following as an agreement between the guest and Villa FLORENS, whereby the rooms are authorized for use by guests:

**CHECK-IN and ARRIVAL:**
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM; please present your ID, passport, or temporary residence card during check-in. According to Brazilian legislation, visitors must present personal documents upon request for hotel records, such as a hotel confirmation email.

**CHECK-OUT:**
Check-out time is at noon (12:00 PM); please inform the front desk if you wish to keep your room beyond this time. Extensions will be granted based on availability, and additional charges may apply.

**CONDITIONS:**
We are happy to accommodate early arrivals, subject to availability. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability. To guarantee an early arrival, the room must be booked and paid for the night before. Breakfast is included and served by the pool. Wi-Fi is free for all. All prices are indicated in R$ (Brazilian Reais). Note that the 5% ISS tax is included in the prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

**CANCELLATION POLICY:**
With at least 60 days' notice prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied, and a full refund of the total amount paid will be granted. With at least 30 days' notice prior to the arrival date, a 50% refund of the total amount paid will be granted. If the penalty-free cancellation deadline is exceeded, no refund will be applied. The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay. In case of "No Show" or early departure, we charge for the entire duration of the stay. Villa Florens has a zero-tolerance policy, refusing to admit or provide service or accommodation in the hotel or may expel a person who, while on hotel premises, behaves in a manifestly intoxicated or disorderly manner, damages or threatens to damage hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for accommodation or services.

**GENERAL POLICY:**
Villa Florens may limit the number of people who can occupy a specific room in the hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who, through negligence or intentionally, causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or fixtures within the hotel will be responsible for the damages, including the loss of hotel revenue resulting from the inability to rent the villa or rooms while repairs are ongoing. The prices quoted are for 2 people, per night and per accommodation/room. Villa Florens does not accept children under 12 years old, except in the case of renting the entire house.
